Develop Your Career

Our career development program has 7 levels:
  • Trainee / Rookie - New to the business
  • Consultant - Been through training and hit the minimum deal levels
  • Senior Consultant - Consistently hit targets and could mentor, start of team building
  • Lead Consultant -  Leading and has trained somebody else from scratch
  • Manager - Leading a larger team and hit targets
  • Senior Manager  - Managing managers and Lead Consultants
  • Director - Someone who has excelled for the business in all the key areas

Meet Your Own Goals

What are your goals?  Maybe you want to become a Director within 2 years or maybe you want to be earning as much money as possible without management responsibility.  

We don’t dictate that.  If you want to rise to the top there is no restriction on how fast you do it: it depends how much you want to put in.  If you don’t feel you want to progress to management that’s ok too.

We will support you through a review and appraisal system that provides you with a forum to review your progression towards your goals and discuss the support and training you feel you need to achieve them.

Receive Personal Mentoring

There is a fine line between autonomy and feeling unsupported.  That is why, regardless of your experience, you will receive personal mentoring from a Director for your first 12 months with us.

With 30 years+ combined experience within the Recruitment Industry they are ideally placed to pass on their expertise to you.  


Analyse Your Personal Training Needs

Training needs are assessed on an individual personalised basis, with employees having access to:
  • Personal mentoring by one of our Directors for the first 12 months within the company
  • Formal 6 month fully modular training plan aligned to personal strengths & weaknesses
  • Recruitment Knowledge & Specific Market Knowledge is available
  • External training courses where applicable
  • Management training once you get to a more senior level
