Jobs Optimism & Increasing Demand for IT Staff

At Amoria Bond we are continuing to see recruitment demand increase and the latest release of  The Professional Hiring Index from Robert Half supports our experience.

According to the survey, three quarters of UK executives are more confident about their company’s growth prospects than they were last year. Furthermore, a third of executives within private companies and 42% of those witin publicly listed companies are planning to recruit permanent professional staff over the next year.

The survey also once again brings to the fore the talent shortages within the IT sector.  It shows an increasing demand for skilled IT staff but also states that 84% of CIOs are reporting difficulties in finding skilled IT professionals.
