We will record information relevant to the provision of recruitment services to your company and this information will be retained by us for the following purposes: 1) Matching your company's requirements with candidates/ consultants on our database 2) Forwarding details of candidates/ consultants we think may be of interest to your company 3) Administrative purposes such as processing during a contract placement 4) Keeping you and your company informed of goods and services offered by us.
Your information will not be forwarded to any parties or organisations (with the exception of our clients, agents who may process data on our behalf and business successors) without your consent.
We will send you relevant marketing communications. These could include information about recently registered candidates/ consultants, client workshops we are arranging, salary surveys or market updates. We will continue to hold your data with a view to providing future services to your company. On request, we will provide information in writing about your information stored on our database. If you do not wish us to hold your information, you are entitled to tell us at any time and we will remove all such information from our database.
