If you’re part of the hiring team for your organisation, it can be a challenge to come up with questions that are different to the standard ones that often get rolled out: ‘Why are you leaving your current role?’ ‘What are your strengths?’ and ‘What are your weaknesses?’

I initially had some reservations about working with Amoria Bond, as we hadn’t worked with them before and we didn’t know what kind of candidates they would be able to provide. The work environment here requires very senior experience in pharmaceutical packaging engineering and we set high standards for the people we hire. Therefore it is very important that a recruitment partner can introduce highly skilled candidates who fit the profile we are looking for.
