Power Electronics Engineer, North EastAre you an Power Electronics Engineer who is looking to work on an exciting project for a major client in the consumer electronics industry?We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Power Electronics Engineer who is keen to work on a 6 month initial contract which could extend for up to 18 months based in the North East. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a major company within their field.The ideal Power Electronics Engineer will have experience in:• Designing and developing power electronics• Circuits• Understanding of motor control and motor drives• Technical documentation• Test systems • Using automotive standards such as ISO26262.• Experience within the automotive industry is desirable but other candidates in the electronics industry will also be considered • Experience with Silicon Carbide MOSFET (SiC) would be advantageousThis is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a fast paced, vibrant and knowledgeable team which offers a long term contract, new technologies, exciting products and great rates of pay.Apply now to be included in our shortlist!Interviews are taking place at short notice, so please send your latest CV in via the apply button for immediate consideration.
