
Having well and truly outgrown our home of 15 years, we are delighted to announce that today our UK teams opened the doors for the first time to our amazing new HQ office at 1 Didsbury Point, West Didsbury.
No wonder our staff looked so delighted when they arrived at their new office today; 1 Didsbury Point is a modern, spacious workspace, in a highly desirable location in central West Didsbury, close to some of Greater Manchester’s best bars, gyms, and restaurants, and with fantastic regional transport links too!
Our new office is ideal for both our current and future employees, and the perfect base for our global Headquarters from which to keep Progressing Lives Everywhere. It provides a fantastic working environment for our UK teams to continue to develop their specialist skills and expertise, whilst delivering the very best services to our clients and candidates.
Saying goodbye to Egerton House is a nostalgic moment as we look back on the massive growth and success we’ve achieved as a business; growing from a team of three recruiters with a dream to an industry-leading, multi-award winning global company with a £70m+ turnover, international offices around the world, delivering world-class staffing and recruitment consultancy services to our STEM clients and candidates across 40 countries. In case you’ve missed it, our company purpose is Progressing Lives Everywhere; much more than a soundbite, our purpose represents Amoria Bond’s commitment to our employees, candidates, clients, and the wider global community within which we operate. It informs how we achieve our vision and strategic growth ambitions through advancing and enhancing peoples’ lives and is embodied in our established company PROFES values, our CSR commitments, and the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust (ABCT), a registered charity founded by Amoria Bond in 2009.
Through ABCT, we have donated over £130,000 to charitable causes and community projects, including building 101 homes in Peru which provide housing for over 500 people in the shantytown region of Las Laderas, where we have also built two soup kitchens and provide ongoing funding and support for a children’s refuge. Closer to home in Manchester we have funded an entire school library for St Wilfred’s primary school, Northenden, sponsor and kit out numerous school sports teams, and regularly donate to local charities like N-Gage and the Mustard Tree (both of whom have benefitted from donations of furniture and computing equipment again this week).
