This specialist anti-viral pharmaceutical company were looking for a project manager within clinical studies. The HR department had not had the best experience with recruiters so far: they were in need of a recruitment partner who could understand the company values and the profiles they were seeking, where instead they were just receiving CVs sent in the hope they might be a match. Recruitment was costing both HR as well as Line Managers a lot of valuable time they could not afford to waste, so they were looking for a partner who could actually save them time and present them with a high-quality service and candidates.
Initially, they had concerns as to whether we could present them with the promised levels of service, but the client is happy to confirm that since the start Amoria Bond overcame these initial concerns by ensuring regular communication, assessing client needs and translating that information into a persistent and thorough search for the right candidate.
We worked to an agreed number of pre-scheduled interview times for potential candidates, which proved to be a very efficient and diligent approach as it allowed the client to align all their appointments in order to conduct the interviews in a timely manner. This saved them time booking in interviews, which was always a tough challenge, and made sure they did not lose out on interesting, actively looking, candidates.
In the end the role was cancelled but the client highly recommends working with Amoria Bond again and has asked us to work on a number of freelance and permanent roles since then.
