The client needed a temporary replacement within a team of two focusing on third-party quality assurance, due to maternity leave. As the team would therefore lose 50% of its members, a freelancer who was able to hit the ground running was absolutely necessary to keep business going throughout the entire European continent.
Client Objectives & Results
We received the request for assistance after the client had been unable to find the right candidate through other suppliers. We agreed to meet the line manager within 24 hours at his site to discuss the requirements and understand the working environment and urgency of the role. Following that meeting, we presented a shortlist of three suitable candidates on the same day. One candidate was by far the most suitable and attended a face-to-face interview on the next working day and a final phone chat the day after. Contracts were boxed off with the client’s HR department without any issues and the candidate started a week later on a six month contract.
Through thoroughly understanding the client’s needs and our vast network we managed to not only deliver our service promptly, but also with the highest quality. This resulted in our becoming a preferred supplier and gave rise to a number of other Line Managers who would like to meet with us and use our assistance when the need arises.
