Amoria Bond once again achieved success at last night’s REC Awards, where they were named Best Company to Work for (up to 150 employees), taking their industry accolades to 10 this year.

The REC’s (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) IRP Awards were held at Westminster’s Park Plaza Hotel and hosted by Sky News presenter, Dermot Murnaghan.  Now in it’s eighth year, the annual IRP Awards aim to raise awareness of recruitment excellence, with companies and individuals being celebrated as the best of the best and rewarded for setting the bar for all recruitment professionals to aspire to.

The judges felt that Amoria Bond stood out as having truly entrenched the values of being the best recruitment company with the best staff that are given every opportunity to progress within their profession and provide excellent services to all.  The organisation was also highly commended within the category for Best People Development.

REC Chief Executive Kevin Green said: “Tonight’s winners deserve a huge amount of credit and can be held up as the leading lights within recruitment. We know that recruiters transform lives, and the companies and individuals showcased this year demonstrate the full value that our industry delivers every day.”

This takes the number of industry awards Amoria Bond has achieved in the last 2 years to 20. Daniel Daw commented, “Our company mission of wanting to be the best is what drives us to constantly improve, innovate and challenge.  We’re pleased with the industry recognition we have achieved in recent years.  Winning 10 industry awards in our 10th year of business is a real honour.”
