We’re so pleased to announce that Amoria Bond has won the prestigious Recruiter Agency of the Year Award for Medium-sized recruitment companies earlier this May!
Our team attended The Recruiter Awards gala on May 9th at Grosvenor House on Park Lane and celebrated ANOTHER successful year in the industry with a notable win.
According to the judges, our “impressive combination of client, candidate and employee satisfaction as well as exceptional financial results” earned us the distinguished recognition for medium-sized recruitment companies with 50-249 employees, beating out agencies like Acorn Recruitment, Gravitas Recruitment, Goodman Masson and others.
The panel judges went on to further highlight Amoria Bond’s impressive performance across all our permanent divisions (our group-wide monthly turnover per head increased by 27% YoY from £45.3k (Nov ’16-Oct ’17) to £57.5k (Nov ’17-Oct ’18)) including our exceptionally high employee engagement throughout the company!
In addition to our win, we are also extremely delighted that we were highly commended for the Best International Recruitment Agency award.
