Creating a safe place to talk in the workplace is an important and effective way to keep our recruitment teams happy and healthy at work, which is why we've introduced mental health first aiders into all our global offices.

We have five volunteers taking the responsibility to be that supportive point of contact in Cologne, Amsterdam, Singapore and Manchester. As certified Mental Health First Aiders they can provide knowledgeable advice and support for anyone in our offices who needs it, whether they're facing mental health challenges or just want someone to talk to.

As recognisable faces in the business, they should be accessible to everyone, and they'll understand how to provide a safe, confidential space for people to talk or direct them to suitable resources that can provide additional help if required.

This is a key part of our wellbeing strategy that recognises the importance of psychological safety at work. We've talked before about the benefits of a comprehensive wellbeing strategy and the other initiatives we're doing at Amoria Bond as part of that - you can find more information here
