Recently promoted to L&D Specialist for our Engineering Division in Germany, Rena’s passion for her role and pro-active attitude has been recognised across Amoria Bond, and we are delighted to announce she’s been crowned 2021’s first PROFES colleague of the month!

Seeking insights into what makes her so PROFES, we asked Rena how she encompasses the company values into her role at Amoria Bond:

What does PROFES mean to you?

To me, PROFES stands for bringing passion into my job. My experience is if you know why you do it and like what you do - that will automatically make you a shiny PROFES example!

How did you demonstrate PROFES in your work?

Always give a little more than what people expect; those tiny little extras will add together and pile up. Adding an extra bit of time and value to your work can really make a difference in helping someone or making something even better. Bring your best self to work, be open to learning, and don’t forget to sprinkle a little bit of FUN around.

How would you describe your experience working at Amoria Bond?

Interesting, insightful, and an exciting path to personal and professional growth.

How will you be celebrating your PROFES win?

Hopefully soon with a good old lunch club - in a nice restaurant with creamy truffle pasta and chocolate cake!
