It’s easy to say recruiters can fast-track their careers, but here at Amoria Bond rapid progression really is possible, even in the most challenging external global context! Recently promoted, Guiseppe Baldini’s rise from Trainee Recruiter to Senior Consultant in just 12 months proves it!

On paper, Guiseppe started his recruitment career at the worst possible time, just weeks before the onset of widespread lockdowns round the world, and as the COVID-19 pandemic started disrupting the global economy. Unphased, Guiseppe (who was hired for his resilience, his work ethic, and his determination to achieve and succeed), rolled up his sleeves and cracked on with his characteristic enthusiasm and resolve.

Guiseppe quickly established himself as a key member of our Contract Division in Germany. Having joined Amoria Bond with former sales experience definitely helped Guiseppe to maintain a positive mindset whilst he learnt the ropes of recruitment, but more significant was the high level of commitment and energy he applied to the role. A natural high-achiever, Guiseppe’s hard work was quickly rewarded when he was promoted from Trainee to Recruitment Consultant after just 8 months in July 2020

Not one to sit back and take a pause, Guiseppe got straight back down to work, following our established processes, lapping up our award-winning Training, and making full use of our in-house Learning Management System to access a range of specialist L&D material and develop his STEM knowledge and expertise.
