Hot on the heels of announcing Jenny Walsh’s promotion to Lead Consultant yesterday, it is an absolute pleasure to share another progression story here at Amoria Bond from within Jenny’s own team! Huge congratulations to Lucia who was recently promoted to Consultant!

Lucia joined Amoria Bond as a Marketing Intern but was soon enticed by the recruitment buzz! Despite the challenges of starting up as a trainee recruiter in the context of a global pandemic, Lucia successfully achieved her first promotion target and was promoted to Step 2 of our 10 Steps to the Top just before Christmas!
