Congratulations to Mariano Mei on his promotion to Principal Consultant!
We are pleased to announce that Mariano reached the third step of our 10 Steps to the Top programme last week.
Mariano, known to his friends in the Cologne office as Mari, has already had a successful history Amoria Bond. He started as a working student in 2016, and shortly after began working in the SAP sector, in which he rose very quickly from trainee to consultant. He also gained invaluable experience as a manager early on when he was given the opportunity to build his own team.
As his manager, Florian revealed: “Mari’s success mindset helped him overcome professional obstacles with ease. But not only did that accelerate his own career; it let him support his successful team whenever he could. To this end, this mindset, as well as his PROFES spirit, help him to regularly appear in our Top 10 list of Top Billers!”
Everyone was able to celebrate his promotion in style – with the announcement made on the same day as Cologne’s monthly Lunch Club! This was the perfect occasion to toast Mari's success and review his successful career at Amoria Bond so far.
