Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Director of Project Management - Renewable Energy

As a Senior Project Manager/Director of Project Management leading our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of utility-scale solar and battery storage power plant projects. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in adhering to our Principle-Based Management Philosophy. The position encompasses the following responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including a Project Engineer, Construction Management professionals, and their respective direct reports.
* Uphold our Principle-Based Management Philosophy to ensure effective project execution.
Project Controls and Risk Management:
* Collaborate with the Project Controls team to manage project forecasts, ensuring accuracy and identifying comprehensive risks and opportunities.
* Implement strategies to mitigate project risks and optimize project outcomes.
Supply Chain Collaboration:
* Work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize value during the buyout phase of projects.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration to enhance project efficiency.
Business Development and Estimation:
* Collaborate with the Business Development and Estimator teams to deliver precise and competitive Project Estimates.
* Provide valuable insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
* Manage project schedules in coordination with the Scheduling team, ensuring alignment with or improvement upon project objectives.
* Implement efficient scheduling practices to enhance project delivery timelines.
Reporting and Compliance:
* Provide timely project reporting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Ensure projects comply with regulatory and contractual requirements, leveraging internal resources for support.
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers, identifying strategic opportunities for long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Supervisory Experience
* Experience managing large Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects
* Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, and customer interfacing
* Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language
* EPC experience in Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), conventional power, or industrial projects
