Recruitment Consultant (Business Developer/Management Consultant – Swedish Market

Goal of the role:
To build and management Amoria Bonds Business Branch in the Swedish (and later overall Nordics) market by establishing and maintaining a strong candidate network of freelance IT-professionals as well as building and managing key accounts/client within the Swedish market.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Build and expand Amoria Bonds network of freelance IT-consultants in Sweden and the Nordic region
- Build key accounts within the Swedish market and act as first point of contact for all incoming queries
- Manage existing account and provide them with tailored recruitment and marketing strategies to acquire the best talent within the market
- Establish the Amoria Bond brand within Sweden by building a strong social media footprint and develop/execute other impactful marketing strategies in collaboration with our internal stakeholders
- Establish long-term relationships within the market (both with candidates and clients)
- Build a team of internal recruiters/sales experts/sourcers and account managers to further expand the Amoria Bond brand into the Nordics region (later stage)
- Be in charge of your own 360° recruitment business within the business of Amoria Bond
