Paul is the Business Manager for Amoria Bond’s Executive Search team. He is the senior client liaison and escalation manager for all Executive Search assignments, as well as organising and mobilising candidate resourcing/market mapping teams to ensure delivery within timescale. Paul works closely with Amoria Bond’s Global Executive Search MD and his peers across Amoria Bond’s international Executive Search divisions in our APAC and mainland European offices. Effective collaboration between teams in delivering a global search for critical hires is common practice and requires close coordination of our internal resources and effective management of all client stakeholders who may be in different countries and time zones.
Paul has worked to provide recruitment solutions for over 20 years, with most of his experience working in Executive Search Recruitment. Paul has run successful campaigns for a broad range of global clients and has placed candidates into Asia, Middle East, Europe and the US. As well as managing client campaigns, Paul has effectively delivered mandates targeting specific individuals and/or teams. He has designed and implemented various search practices and recruited, managed, and grown teams for well over 10 years.
