Amoria Bond operates on a fundamental belief that every action has an impact, and that we have an ethical responsibility to ensure that our impact as a company is a positive one.
This belief is embedded throughout our culture. It’s reflected in our Purpose, Vision, and Values. It’s embodied by Amoria Bond’s Charitable Trust, and it’s accountable through our CSR commitments.

Our company purpose is Progressing Lives Everywhere. This short statement represents Amoria Bond’s commitment to our employees, candidates, clients, and the wider global community within which we operate. It informs how we achieve our vision and strategic growth ambitions through advancing and enhancing peoples’ lives.

Amoria Bond Charitable Trust
The Amoria Bond Charitable Trust is a registered charity set up by the company in 2009 to promote and facilitate a culture of giving back. It is a grant making trust primarily funded by contributions by the company and our employees. Its principal aims and objectives:

Fulfil our Diversity & Inclusion pledge as founding partner signatories of the Diversity and Inclusion Charter to evolve and improve in providing a truly inclusive working environment and culture:
We pledge that we will roll-out conscious and unconscious bias training company wide in 2020 delivered by an external specialist, which will also be incorporated into our new entrant on-boarding training programme. Furthermore, by the end of August 2020, we will conduct an employee ‘Reality-Check’ to gauge and benchmark how inclusive we are. We will use the output to develop a rolling 3 month AB Diversity and Inclusion roadmap of relevant actions to address any identified gaps and maintain ongoing focus to ensure Diversity and Inclusion remains embedded within our culture and operations.

Deliver 5 charitable initiatives over 5 years through our Amoria Bond Charitable Trust
In July 2020 Amoria Bond employees, supported by their families, are working together to collectively run, walk, swim and cycle 7461 kilometres. That’s the equivalent of Peru’s land border, to raise money for Project Peru’s children’s refuge in the impoverished shanty town region of Las Laderas. The business is donating £1 for every kilometre completed.
150 employee volunteer days per year to support community projects and initiatives
Non-profit organisations our employees have volunteered to support include the Aleto Foundation’s mentoring programme. The Aleto Foundation focuses on identifying and developing the next generation of leaders from communities who have historically found it challenging to access jobs due to their backgrounds. https://aletofoundation.org.uk/
Progressing lives everywhere is intrinsically reliant on creating a healthier climate, protecting biodiversity and promoting reforestation around the world. To that end, through non-profit environment charity One Tree Planted, Amoria Bond will plant 10 trees per employee every year, and an additional 100 trees every time an Amoria Bond employee is promoted internally in celebration of their progression through our 10-Steps career program. Furthermore, as part of our 5 year GROWTH strategy, we commit to planting an additional 1000 trees every time we open an Amoria Bond office in a new global location. https://onetreeplanted.org/
