Amoria Group shortlisted for APSCo Award for Excellence in the “Embrace” category
We’re delighted to share that Amoria Group has been shortlisted for the prestigious APSCo Award for Excellence in the “Embrace” category.
The APSCo Awards for Excellence celebrate the most innovative and high-performing recruitment firms across the UK. Being shortlisted is a real recognition of excellence within the industry, and we’re proud to be included among this year’s finalists.
The “Embrace” category specifically recognises organisations that go above and beyond in their commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). At Amoria Group, DEI has long been a core focus, embedded into both our culture and day-to-day operations. The category recognises our internal and external DEI training, as well as initiatives designed to create more equal opportunities across the business.
One key example of this is our company-wide initiative, ASCEND, which supports, empowers and develops female talent across the wider group. Since 2020, we have invested significantly in the programme, helping it grow into a truly embedded part of our culture across all locations. ASCEND is actively championed at each of our offices through regular local events, alongside ongoing internal communications, including a dedicated internal magazine and regularly published content that keeps employees engaged and connected.
This nomination reflects our continued commitment to building an inclusive workplace where people can thrive, while also contributing to meaningful and lasting change across the recruitment industry.
COO Natasha Crump commented:
“This is a significant achievement and endorsement of our inclusive, PROFES culture as this is an award that recognises recruitment and staffing businesses that have embedded ED&I – going beyond basic compliance and the typical "tick-box" approach often taken. So, well done everyone and thank you for your contribution and commitment to our culture and each other!”
Winners of the APSCo Awards for Excellence will be announced in September – until then, we’re keeping our fingers crossed!
