Matthias Günther is the Business Manager of our Advanced Engineering (Permanent) Division for the DACH region. Working from our offices in Cologne, he is responsible for a team that primarily deals with permanent placements in commercial disciplines. Above all, he and his team have been very successful in recruiting the right candidates for the sales, purchasing and controlling divisions for many tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers in the automotive industry over the past 6 years. In addition, he is able to provide customers with the expertise of a large number of successful headhunting campaigns, should it be desired to fill strategically important management positions (on director, vice president or managing director level) discreetly and confidentially.
