Social impact is in our DNA, and we’ve been committed to making positive changes through progressive Environment, Social and Governance initiatives since our founding. From internal programmes, inclusive HR policies and people-led committees we create an inclusive and diverse workplace to lead all our operations. But we also deliver external actions like environment commitments and CSR activity including our own Amoria Bond Charitable Trust.

Planting trees
for a better future
We plant 1 tree for every NPS survey completed by our clients and candidates,
10 trees per employee every year, 100 trees every time an employee is promoted internally in celebration of their progression, and 1000 trees every time we open an office in a new global location. Last year we planted 61,815, taking our total to 163,395 trees planted since July 2020!
Our trees are releasing 136 million kg of oxygen and absorbing 163.4 million kg of Co2.

UN Global Compact
We are proud participants of the UN Global Compact - the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. The UN Compact has set out 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) for businesses to strive towards by 2030. Below you can see the actions and progress we’re taking as a Group against each goal.
No Poverty
Through the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust we've raised over 650,000 to help people in poverty. Since 2010, we have been working with the charity Project Peru to support the community of Las Laderas - a shantytown region in the foothills of Lima. Working with local people we've built over 120 homes, 4 soup kitchens and an extension to a children's refuge. We also raise money and send care packages to the community every year.
From our global offices we also support local charities with regular fundraising activities to help eliminate poverty in our communities.
