Charity

We believe that every action has an impact, and we have an ethical responsibility to ensure that our impact as a company is positive.

This belief is embedded throughout our culture and reflected in our Purpose, Vision, and Values. It’s embodied by our ongoing CSR commitments, our employee-led activities and the work done through our own registered charity, the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust, which has donated over $946,000 to charitable causes worldwide.

Latest Office Charity Activities

We regularly conduct internal charity activity through employee-led fundraising activities, sponsored events and volunteering opportunities.

This commitment to giving back is an essential part of our mission to make a positive impact in the communities where we operate.

Peru Charity Auction

In May 2025, our global teams came together for a companywide charity auction, hosted by Director Daan Fokkema and featuring prizes donated by our employees. In just 2 hours we raised an incredible €11,435 to support the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust’s project in Las Laderas, Peru.

Brave the Shave

In October 2024, our Regional Head of Credit in Manchester, Nichola Grimshaw, shaved her head to raise over £500 for The Christie cancer hospital.

Laptop Donation

Our Amsterdam office donated 50 laptops, along with keyboards and other computer equipment, to Allemaal Digital, a charity providing students from underprivileged backgrounds with access to essential technology. By giving these devices a second life, we’re supporting local schools, reducing electronic waste, and helping cut our carbon footprint.

3 Peaks Challenge

Eight CMC colleagues from Manchester tackled the iconic Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the tallest mountains in England, Scotland, and Wales within 24 hours to raise £1,485 for Cancer Research UK.

Utrecht Singelloop

Volunteers from our Amsterdam office ran the Utrecht Singelloop in October 2024 to raise money for The Special Social Club. Each runner has raised €200 for the charity before the run.

Support for Jutta's Soup Kitchen

In 2024, our Cologne team raised €2,280 for Jutta’s Soup Kitchen, which provides meals to those in need across the city. The team also volunteered in 2023, distributing food at the Cologne Cathedral.

Peru 2025

10 volunteers from Amoria Bond's global offices travelled to Las Laderas, Peru in June 2025.

In this shantytown region - one of the poorest areas of the world - the team lived with the community, staying at Project Peru's children's refuge, and worked with local builders to construct the first of 20 houses and another soup kitchen, all funded by the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust.

This was our seventh volunteer trip since 2011, and was fully self-funded by the volunteers, who were also responsible for arranding fundraising activities for the building materials and local labour.

Employee volunteering

We encourage our employees to support causes that matter personally to them. That's why we offer an annual paid volunteering day, enabling colleagues to engage in fundraising or volunteer work for a charity of their choice. These initiatives not only make a difference in society but also inspire others within our company to pursue their own passions.

Additionally, our local CSR committees regularly organise activities and events that promote community involvement. From volunteering to sporting challenges, our people take the initiative to make an impact.

Amoria Group are an excellent partner, bringing some great colleagues with high energy and skills to help inspire our young people. The Amoria Group team independently ran an Employability workshop with young Y9 students who were clearly inspired by the prospects that a career in recruitment can offer. It was lovely to work with such a positive team who helped the students understand the world of recruitment and how to get into it.

Amoria Bond has also supported the Your Future programme for Y13 school leavers for the last 2 years. The team were really welcoming to the four young people they've hosted on their first experience of an office environment, and were really supportive to make sure the young people had a great experience. It’s always a positive experience working this high energy and reliable team who are committed to making a social impact!

Amoria Group's company purpose perfectly matches the mission of Allemaal Digitaal. Donating laptops provides vulnerable individuals with the tools they need to participate in the digital world. Access to technology is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Thank you!

Thank you for Amoria Bond's participation in this program in HMP Forest Bank. Importantly, there would be no point to the program unless it results in real positive change. Thanks again for your time and engagement with our charity, it’s incredibly appreciated. Looking forward to working together.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Amoria Group for donating laptops, keyboards, monitors and more to our school and students.  Your support means some of our most disadvantaged students will now be able to access online resources. The donated laptops will also be used in our exams to support students with special educational needs.
