Ellie Wilson

Ellie is Head of IT and Infrastructure at Amoria Bond, responsible for implementing and maintaining the group’s IT and communications strategy and systems. Her role includes ensuring that teams have the necessary tools for their daily tasks through the effective provision of systems, networks, and infrastructure. Ellie leads the internal IT department as well as external third-party providers to ensure that employees and contractors are fully supported, and she works closely with the management team to align systems and strategy with the company’s growth plans. By managing and maintaining the business intelligence system, Ellie ensures that everyone – from Sales to Finance – has the data they need to perform their work.

Ellie has been with the company for 11 years and has progressed from a business support role to her current position. She has advanced through her exceptional commitment to the teams and continuous learning in technology development, enabling her to recommend and implement new products, identify opportunities, and ensure that the company continuously improves its systems and processes for data protection and disaster recovery.
