SAP IBP Consultant - SAP - IBP - S/4HANA - Supply Chain Planning -- Netherlands - Hybrid - 3+ Months

Amoria Bond is looking for an SAP IBP Consultant one of our end clients. This is a short-term but highly impactful assignment focused on stabilising the planning environment, supporting planners and key users, transferring knowledge, and identifying and implementing process improvements across supply chain planning processes.

In this role, you will work closely with demand planners, supply planners, master data teams, and IT stakeholders. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you will support the organisation in optimising planning processes and ensuring the seamless integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on hypercare support following the SAP IBP go-live
  * Analyse and resolve issues across SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Response Planning
  * Perform root-cause analysis across the end-to-end integration landscape between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA
  * Monitor and support CI-DS, SDI, RFC connectivity, and bgRFC queue processes
  * Support planners, key users, and master data teams during the stabilisation phase
  * Review and validate planning outputs for quality, consistency, and business relevance
  * Deliver key-user and end-user training sessions
  * Create and maintain process documentation and user procedures
  * Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements within supply chain planning processes
  * Support master data and integration processes between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA
  * Monitor planning operators, application jobs, and integration processes
  * Act as the link between business and IT throughout the hypercare and optimisation phase

Profile

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Response Planning
  * SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory
  * Strong knowledge of SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA integration processes
  * Experience with CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services), SDI, RFC connectivity, and bgRFC monitoring is a nice to have
  * Solid understanding of master data and planning objects including products, locations, resources, BOMs, inventory, sales orders, and purchase orders
  * Experience supporting post-go-live environments
  * Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Inventory Management
  * Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across complex SAP landscapes
  * Experience reviewing planning outputs and driving process improvements
  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  * Pragmatic, hands-on, and proactive approach
  * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders
  * Experience delivering training to key users and end users
  * Fluent English required
  * Dutch is a plus
