Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Elektrokonstrukteur (m/w/d) to join our diverse and inclusive team in Flensburg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems using ePlan and contributing to innovative projects that drive our company forward. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using ePlan software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical designs meet project specifications and safety standards
  • Support the planning and implementation of electrical system layouts in machinery and automation projects
  • Review and optimize electrical designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical design issues during project execution
  • Document designs comprehensively and maintain up-to-date records
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute diverse perspectives

Qualifications

  • Proficient in ePlan electrical design software
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and standards
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) to effectively communicate within our team and with clients
  • Experience in electrical construction or engineering roles, preferably in industrial or automation settings
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Use ePlan to create and modify electrical schematics and circuit diagrams
  • Coordinate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to align on design requirements
  • Conduct design reviews and implement feedback from team members
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to project planning
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Keep project documentation thorough and organized for seamless knowledge sharing
  • Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and promote an inclusive workplace culture
