We’re incredibly proud to announce that Amoria Bond has been named the winner of the CSR Award 2025 at this year’s APSCo Deutschland Awards, held on 21 October!
This award recognises staffing firms and trusted partners that fully integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into their recruitment processes, business strategies, and services – something that is deeply embedded in who we are.
The jury praised our approach as “a holistically integrated CSR concept, deeply anchored in the company’s strategy and culture.” They particularly highlighted the strong link between business success and social impact, measurable progress through clear KPIs, and transparent reporting. Long-term partnerships, ambitious environmental goals, and impactful DE&I initiatives show that at Amoria Bond, responsibility is not just a guiding principle – it’s part of our DNA.
Our partnership with Project Peru is a key example of this commitment. Together, we have built more than 100 homes for disadvantaged families, expanded several soup kitchens and a children’s shelter, and supported volunteering trips for our employees. Since 2020, we’ve also planted over 163,000 trees, established a dedicated ESG Steering Committee, and provide every team member with a Charity Day each year to personally contribute to causes that matter.
