Senior FPGA Engineer (w/m/d)
Location: Freiburg area
Type of position: Permanent position
Salary: Depending on professional experience - open to juniors and seniors; for many years of experience up to a maximum of 110.000 €
We are looking for an FPGA Engineer (m/f/d) for our client (a global market leader in industrial production technology).
Your Tasks:
- Development of FPGA concepts and modules for industrial power supply generators
- Verification and testing of the hardware modules you have developed
- Modeling and simulation of algorithms for digital signal processing
- Participation in the development of new device platforms
Your Skills - Must Have:
- Degree in electrical engineering or similar
- Professional job experience in FPGA development
- Knowledge of VHDL
- Understanding of architecture (structure of FPGAs)
- Very good English skills
Your Skills - Nice to Have:
- Understanding of embedded software and C/C++ programming
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience in high-frequency or power electronics
- Very good German language skills
