The Challenge

For over 14 months, a leading Dutch energy network operator had been searching for a qualified SAP PPM Consultant. The role was highly specific, requiring Dutch language skills and niche SAP expertise.

Despite working with multiple IT recruitment agencies, no one had been able to deliver the right candidate.

 

The Solution

When Amoria Bond took over, we immediately asked for a direct contact with the manager to properly define the requirements and success criteria.

Through an in-depth session, we identified where flexibility could be introduced and mapped the entire European SAP PPM talent market. We then presented a clear overview of available talent — covering over 90% of the market.

 

The Result

Based on market insights, we presented a range of realistic options to the manager, including hiring a SAP PS Consultant with relevant project experience who could grow into the SAP PPM expert role. The manager chose this adaptable solution, recognizing its long-term potential.

A position that had remained open for 14 months was successfully filled.
