Location: North Holland, Netherlands (2 days on-site per week)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Detachment / Payroll Contract via AB Services (minimum 6 months)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Specialist to support and strengthen the HR systems landscape within a dynamic enterprise environment. The primary focus of this role is on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, supporting business-critical HR processes, system optimization, and ongoing enhancements.

This position is offered through AB Services on a payroll/detachment basis and is therefore not suitable for freelancers or self-employed contractors (ZZP).

The ideal candidate combines strong SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working within complex HR environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Configure and optimize Employee Central modules and related processes
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Support system enhancements, releases, and change requests
• Manage and resolve system issues and data-related challenges
• Support testing activities, UAT, and issue resolution
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with HR policies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and system functionality
• Provide functional expertise and best-practice recommendations for SuccessFactors Employee Central

Required Skills & Experience

Must have

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Experience with configuration and support of Employee Central
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English language skills, Dutch is a plus
