Job Description: SAP EWM Technico-Functional Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into SAP EWM functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize SAP EWM modules to align with warehouse operation optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and implement MOE processes and Radio Frequency network solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot SAP EWM functionalities including RF devices integration and network connectivity.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower users and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth MOE deployment and maintenance, addressing any technical-functional discrepancies.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides to support knowledge sharing.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams, contributing to solution design and implementation.
• Maintain awareness of SAP EWM industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP EWM with a strong emphasis on technico-functional expertise.
• Hands-on knowledge of MOE processes and Radio Frequency (RF) network infrastructure within warehouse management.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Proficient in SAP system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Fluency in English and French is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in SAP EWM or related fields are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Day-to-Day

• Collaborate with warehouse operations and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure SAP EWM modules and RF network parameters to optimize warehouse processes.
• Conduct functional and technical testing to ensure system reliability.
• Support end-users by resolving technico-functional issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, project meetings, and training sessions.
• Continuously document updates and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Foster an inclusive environment by encouraging diverse perspectives and respectful communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends to recommend enhancements and best practices.
