We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the rollout of our Retail Media platform across multiple markets. You'll own end-to-end implementations, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches, drive adoption, and ensure markets are set up for long-term success.

Location: Randstad/EU
Hybrid: 1 day / week in the office, 20% - 30% you will be travelling within other EU offices
Contract: Payroll
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end platform implementations, from planning and kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
- Develop rollout plans that reflect local market requirements while maintaining a standardized platform approach.
- Act as the main point of contact for local stakeholders, managing communications, expectations, and project governance.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Centre of Excellence teams to align market rollouts with the product roadmap.
- Build alignment across commercial, marketing, IT, data, and leadership teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Manage project risks, resolve implementation challenges, and keep projects on track.
Requirements
- 7-10 years' experience delivering complex SaaS or platform implementations across multiple markets or business units.
- Proven project management expertise with the ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Confluence.
- Strong understanding of technical implementation concepts, including integrations, data, and reporting.
- Ideally someone who has a background in retail and/or eCommerce.
