Working model: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Forecasting & Replenishment Consultant to support a major SAP transformation within the retail sector.
The project involves the transition from SAP F&R (Forecasting & Replenishment) to SAP CAR, with a strong focus on maintaining and improving the end-to-end forecasting and replenishment process.
You will play an important role in ensuring that the wider business and IT landscape remains aligned throughout the transformation. The ideal consultant is someone who can see the bigger picture, understands the impact of decisions across the solution and business, and is comfortable taking ownership when decisions need to be made.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the transition from SAP F&R to SAP CAR
- Take ownership of the end-to-end forecasting and replenishment process
- Provide strong functional expertise across forecasting and replenishment
- Work closely with business, IT and SAP stakeholders
- Translate business and operational requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Maintain an overview of dependencies and impacts across the wider process
- Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and support throughout the transformation
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced SAP consultant with:
- Strong experience in SAP Forecasting & Replenishment
- Hands-on experience with SAP F&R and SAP CAR
- A strong understanding of end-to-end forecasting and replenishment processes
- Experience working across both business and IT environments
- The ability to understand the wider impact of functional and technical decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership
- Experience within retail / supply chain planning is highly desirable
