About the Opportunity

Role: Senior SAP EWM Team Lead

Hours: Full-time

Location: South Holland

Contract: Contract-to-hire

For an international organisation undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, we are looking for an experienced SAP EWM professional ready to take the next step towards leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will remain involved in SAP processes and projects while providing direction, coaching and support to other EWM consultants.

You will have significant influence on the development of the S/4HANA template, EWM processes and the future direction of the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership within the SAP EWM domain.
• Coach and support EWM consultants in their day-to-day work and development.
• Set priorities and coordinate workload across projects and support activities.
• Manage escalations and act as a key point of contact for the business.
• Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA implementation and template.
• Provide input into EWM architecture and solution design.
• Work closely with process architects, key users and business stakeholders.
• Support the development of team knowledge and autonomy.
• Combine hands-on SAP expertise with people and stakeholder management.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• HBO+ level of professional and intellectual capability or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and EWM/WM.
• Hands-on SAP customizing experience.
• Experience with multiple end-to-end international implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and SAP architecture.
• Experience with integrations to MM, QM and/or PP is an advantage.
• The ambition and potential to take on a leadership role.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Excellent Dutch language skills.
