We then Screen and Interview through a structured 2 stage interview process, followed by our unique 360º referencing process covering previous employers, employees and peers. Once the full search and screening process has been completed we Select and make professional business recommendations on who should be interviewed based on our complete market findings. Management reports are provided outlining our understanding of the vacancy, tracking our progress in delivery and summarising the entire process. These are a useful tool in assessing recruitment campaigns and help to measure and compare our performance.
