Mariano de Castro Mei

Mariano has been with Amoria Bond in Cologne since 2016 and brings over ten years of experience in SAP recruitment.

After joining as a Consultant more than a decade ago, he continuously progressed in his career and eventually took on the role of Team Manager for SAP & Salesforce, where he was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of a twelve-person team.

Since 2024, Mariano has been working as an Executive Management Consultant SAP, overseeing and driving the development of the SAP market.

In this role, he acts as a strategic partner for key accounts, supporting clients with complex, project-based SAP requirements.

A key focus of his work is leading and managing tender processes, as well as negotiating, structuring, and implementing framework agreements. He operates confidently at management and decision-making level, combining commercial objectives with long-term, sustainable partnerships within professional vendor management structures.
