Ossian ist General Manager der Abteilung Legal und Contracts. Mit einem Hintergrund als internationaler und Zivilrechtsanwalt ist er vor vier Jahren zu Amoria Bond gesto&szlig;en und spezialisiert sich mittlerweile auf relevante rechtliche Informationen f&uuml;r das Recruitment-Gesch&auml;ft, wie z. B. Unternehmens- und Arbeitsrecht.
Er &uuml;berwacht die rechtlichen Prozesse des Unternehmens in den Bereichen Vertragsmanagement, Compliance, DSGVO und der Entwicklung neuer Marktstrategien. Zu seinen Hauptaufgaben geh&ouml;ren das Festlegen klarer Compliance- und Vertragsstandards, die Entwicklung und Implementierung reibungsloser Prozesse sowie das Risikomanagement f&uuml;r die Gruppe.

Ossian is the General Manager of the Legal and Contracts department. With a background as an international and civil lawyer, he joined Amoria Bond four years ago and now specialises in providing relevant legal guidance for the recruitment business, including corporate and employment law.
He oversees the company's legal processes in contract management, compliance, GDPR, and the development of new market strategies. His key responsibilities include setting clear compliance and contract standards, developing and implementing smooth processes, and managing risk for the group.

Ossian is Manager van de Legal and Contacts Department. Met een achtergrond als jurist in Internationaal en Civiel recht trad hij 4 jaar geleden toe bij Amoria Bond en specialiseerde hij zich in relevante juridische thema's van de Recruitment Business (zoals ondernemings- en arbeidsrecht).
Hij houdt toezicht op het juridische proces van de onderneming met betrekking tot contract management, compliance, GDPR en ontwikkeling (; verkenning van nieuwe mogelijkheden op de markt). Zijn belangrijkste taak is het stellen en naleven van een&nbsp; duidelijke standaard voor contracten en compliance, het ontwikkelen en implementeren van eenvoudige processen en het minimaliseren en beheren van risico's voor de onderneming.
