Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models aligned with business goals.
• Build automated reporting pipelines integrating SQL, APIs, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Databricks data sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistent KPI definitions, and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Support user adoption with training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Power BI Developer working with SQL, DAX, and Power Query.
• Proven expertise with Azure services and Databricks for data integration and modeling.
• Strong background in financial or impact reporting with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields (e.g., Data Science, BI, Finance).
• Fluent in English with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
