Solution Architect - Security

Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive security solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- Lead high-level architectural design and integration of IAM, governance, cryptography, and AI security components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are embedded across SaaS platforms.
- Apply TOGAF and other architectural frameworks to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Provide expertise and guidance on security governance and compliance, leveraging CISM principles.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance organizational security posture.
- Mentor and support team members to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Advocate for inclusive design principles ensuring security solutions serve diverse user groups effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on security domains including IAM, governance, cryptography, and AI.
- Strong understanding and application of TOGAF or similar architectural frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing SaaS security architectures.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-level design documents and technical architecture plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture.
