Job Description: IAM Cyber Security Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IAM Cyber Security Engineer to join the organization, which protects critical assets 24/7 and plays a crucial role in the continuity of both internal and external services. This position is focused on strengthening digital resilience through state-of-the-art IAM practices.

You will contribute to creating a secure, modern digital working environment where automation, integration, productivity, and collaboration are central. As a Cybersecurity Engineer - IAM Specialist, you will help design, build, and manage access and identity solutions that ensure the right people have the right access to the right resources, exactly when needed-no more, no less.

What will you do?

• Develop, manage, and continuously optimize Identity & Access Management solutions within the organization.
• Work technically and functionally on integrating, testing, implementing, operating, monitoring, and supporting IAM products.
• Support colleagues with cybersecurity issues related to IAM and ensure the services remain robust, secure, and future-proof.
• Automate IAM processes and workflows to improve security and efficiency.
• Integrate IAM systems with various critical platforms and infrastructure components.
• Provide insight into key IAM controls by developing and maintaining dashboards.
• Strengthen monitoring and security controls across IAM solutions.
• Apply modern IAM concepts including Lifecycle Management, Risk-/X-Based Access Control, Single Sign-On, Machine Identity Management, Privileged Access Management, and Secret Management.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to create the product roadmap and professionalize IAM services.
• Foster a culture focused on integration, automation, and adherence to the latest security standards and best practices.

• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or specialized IAM certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
