Established in 2006, our founders set out to create a different kind of recruitment business with a solid, value-based core. We recruit experts in Advanced Engineering and Technology who can accelerate positive change and transform the world around us. Even our name sets us apart - it represents the importance of collaboration and loving what you do. We're passionate about being the best recruitment company to work for and providing a unique, inclusive culture where recruiters can develop and thrive in sectors that are making a difference.

We are one of Europe's fastest-growing privately-owned companies, operating in 42 countries worldwide. Our successful expansion is underpinned by our award-winning recruitment training and our expert recruiters. As we grow, we give back through Amoria Bond's Charitable Trust and our tree planting pledge - so far, since July 2020, we've planted almost 35,000.

Creating a better future

We operate on a fundamental belief that every action has a consequence and we have a responsibility to ensure our impact as a company is postive and sustainable. We’ve committed to delivering five Charitable projects over five years and give every employee a fully paid charity day every year to volunteer at a charity or community project of their choice. 

The Amoria Bond Charitable Trust has donated over £200,000 to charitable initiatives, including building two community soup-kitchens and 101 homes providing housing and security for 500 people in Las Laderas, Peru. We're planning our 5th volunteer trip to Las Laderas in 2022 which will see employees helping out in the local children's refuge.
