Established in 2006, our founders set out to create a different kind of recruitment business with a solid, value-based core. We recruit experts in Advanced Engineering, Technology and Energy who can accelerate positive change and transform the world around us. Even our name sets us apart - it represents the importance of collaboration and loving what you do. We're passionate about being the best recruitment company to work for and providing a unique, inclusive culture where recruiters can develop and thrive in sectors that are making a difference.

We are one of Europe's fastest-growing privately-owned companies, operating in 42 countries worldwide. Our successful expansion is underpinned by our award-winning recruitment training and our expert recruiters. As we grow, we give back through Amoria Bond's Charitable Trust and our tree planting pledge - so far, since July 2020, we've planted over 104,000.

Our Vision, to be the best service-driven consultancy and staffing group in global STEM markets, drives us to continually improve. We do this by enabling others to fulfil their potential, from training, developing and progressing our recruiters to placing experts in STEM companies that are leading positive change around the world.
