Our Best Service Promise

Fulfilling our vision to be the best service driven staffing and consultancy group in global STEM markets depends on us delivering the very best quality service, every day – to our clients, candidates, employees, and wider global community. Not just words, we hold ourselves accountable for providing Best Service through our published NPS surveys, Best Service Charters and internal Engagement Surveys; and we've won awards for it too.

Our NPS score is 63

compared to 44 industry standard

We’re proud of our Excellent Net Promoter Scores -  we survey our clients and candidates after every placement, and use the feedback to drive continuous improvement within our business. For every completed NPS survey we plant a tree with non-profit partners One Tree Planted as part of our CSR commitment to plant a forest. So far we have planted over 100,000 trees around the world!
