Our internal D&I initiatives



    ASCEND is designed to attract, retain and progress more women across the Amoria Bond Group regardless of seniority, tenure or role. ASCEND welcomes all employees who identify as female to regular virtual meetings, small group and 121 mentoring, and also hosts external experts and guest speakers.

    Our Inclusion Advocates are passionate colleagues from across the Amoria Bond Group committed to ensuring we provide a truly inclusive working environment for all employees, regardless of our backgrounds or differences. The team help shape our D&I strategy and Inclusion Calendar of local and companywide events.

    Programme 1

    We are a founding member of Programme One, a collaborative initiative that aims to remove barriers to black talent in our industry and help attract, retain and progress more black recruiters. The programme commits us to four key action-orientated objectives including employee mentoring and companywide training.

    Our local office Culture Committees enable employees to shape and influence their local office culture and working environment, organise inclusive social and team-sports events, CSR initiatives and much more.

    We offer a range of resources designed to support employees in our Wellbeing Hub, plus coaching and initiatives to support mindfulness mastery, resilience and encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

  • Religious Holiday Swap

    Religious Holiday Swap

    We offer employees the opportunity to swap two religious national holidays for days that have significant meaning to their own personal faith or religion.

    Family@AmoriaBond aims to ensure working parents and carers feel welcome and included - from family Fun Days and BBQs, to our popular Family@Amoria competitions and inclusive, family-friendly initiatives.

  • Lean In Circles

    Lean In Circles

    Hosted by colleagues across the business, Lean In circles are a great way for female employees across our offices to meet up, discuss their goals and challenges, support each other and share best practice. 

  • Let's Talk

    Let's Talk

    Currently led by our Manchester D&I Committee, Let's Talk offers employees a safe environment to discuss topics and issues that matter to them - these have included Black Lives Matter, disability in work, race and gender.

In July 2020, we became a Founding Partner signatory of the Diversity and Inclusion Charter - making a public pledge to driving positive, sustainable change through specific, committed actions. In 2021 we also signed the German Charta Der Vielfalt – a natural step as a global business determined to provide a diverse and truly inclusive workplace where all our employees have the same equity of opportunity.

Armed Forces Covenant


Amoria Bond are proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant. 

This is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

At Amoria Bond, we extend our Pride Month celebrations from June until Manchester Pride weekend in August, with a series of fun and educational activities led by our Diversity & Inclusion committee.

We believe it's important to celebrate Pride month in a way that encourages education and acknowledges the challenges, past and present, faced by the LGBTQI+ community. 

For Pride 2022 we held a number of initiatives with this goal in mind, including writing about the dangers of rainbow-washing and why it's important to celebrate Pride, holding our own Pride-themed Pub Quiz night, streaming our live DJ sets and decorating our offices with important LGBTQI+ community facts.

Our D&I Report

At Amoria Bond we are committed to providing a truly diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees, and championing diversity and inclusion within the recruitment industry and the wider STEM industries we operate in.
