The recruitment process



Find a job that fits you. Your recruiter will be a key source of information: they'll know the companies hiring, the skills they're looking for and your background, so they'll be able to advise you on what makes you a good fit and how you can make your CV stand out.



When you're invited to an interview, preparation is key. Think about how you're going to talk about your experience, how you can relate your skills to their criteria and the best questions you can ask the interviewer. Your recruiter can advise you on what to expect and what to focus on.



Your recruiter will get in touch after your interview to congratulate you or to offer advice if things haven't gone your way. They'll work with you to provide constructive feedback and advice for the next stage, or share tips to help you get the job next time. 



If both you and the hiring manager are happy to move ahead then your recruiter will work on a suitable offer. They’ll also confirm contract details with you such as hours of work, location and bonus scheme where applicable - meaning you can move on stress-free.

Once you have your job offer, we’ll help you through the onboarding process, ensuring you’re comfortable in your new role and are set up with everything you need to do your job well, including relocation or legal and compliance support. We conduct after placement meetings you see how you’re settling in and take any feedback that will help us in future placements.
