During the Covid19 pandemic my manager Daan and Amoria Bond in general made extra effort to support me and to help me perform in the best way possible. Daan made sure to stay in touch with me on a daily basis and would not only asked my about how my business was going, but always made sure to check in how I was feeling myself. Amoria Bond organised mental and physical wellbeing sessions, and every employee had the chance to talk to a coach about how to work best from home and keep yourself motivated.

Last year I took part in the AB Active Challenge, generating some donations for our own charity project in Peru. Obviously helping with the charity project was a big upside to this challenge, but as get enough physical activity was somewhat challenging during the lockdown in the Netherlands, it was also a great and welcome opportunity to blow off some steam before and after work.  Overall a great initiative and win-win situation for everyone involved.
