Amoria Bond announces the launch of ‘Inclusion Advocates’
We are delighted to share that we have officially launched Amoria Bond Inclusion Advocates this week. The team of volunteers met for the first time via video conference from our offices around the world on Tuesday.
‘Inclusion Advocates’ is a new companywide initiative that’s been launched as part of Amoria Bond’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion. In July, we became a Founding Partner, and one of the very first signatories of a new Diversity and Inclusion Charter, and made a public pledge to driving positive, sustainable change through specific, committed actions. Whilst many organisations have had a lot to say about Diversity and Inclusion this year in response to growing media coverage and pressure, Amoria Bond has taken an action-led approach, to ensure that we are a truly inclusive and diverse place to work for all employees.
Since signing the charter, we have already delivered a range of initiatives, but this is not a tick box exercise. We are on a journey, and recognise there is more we can and should do, not just internally but to support our clients and candidates too. That’s where the Inclusion Advocates programme comes in; to shape and influence Amoria Bond’s Diversity and Inclusion programme to deliver positive change within our business, our industry, and across the STEM sectors we serve.
Massive thanks to all our Inclusion Advocates for your passion and commitment - this week’s launch was just the start; together we will continue to put our Diversity & Inclusion Charter pledge into action, and ensure we provide a truly inclusive working environment for all employees.
