Congratulations to Jody Bos and Franziska Koch who have recently been promoted on their 10 Steps to the Top...Jody to Principal Consultant and Franziska to Recruitment Consultant!
Jody has come a long way since joining us just 2.5 years ago – despite several pandemic lockdowns – achieving 3 promotions over that period!
Through her dedication and hard work, our Jody has shown a steady progression and improvement in her skills, month after month. In addition, she has always delivered consistently good results. Her manager, Daan, was delighted to share the news of Jody’s promotion with colleagues across the company, commenting: "I'm really looking forward to the rest of our journey together and I'm sure there are plenty of progression goals for you to achieve!"
For Franziska, who only joined our Cologne team in January 2021, this is her first promotion, and it’s one she can look back on with pride. By working hard and demonstrating resilience and adaptability, Franziska quickly progressed to become the best in her Amoria Bond Academy class and to make her first placements.
Her manager Johannes happily shared the news, saying: "Franzi, thank you very much for your great performance - I'm really happy to have you in our team. I'm looking forward to your career at Amoria Bond and the next promotions."
