Combined with her training and development expertise, Leah is an unrivalled Learning and Development manager within the industry. She’s helped lead the business to win Recruiter Investing in Talent’s ‘Best People Development’ award for five consecutive years.
Leah has a natural coaching style and knows exactly what to do to get the very best out of each and every employee across the Amoria Bond Group. She is an advocate of continuous learning, which is reflected in the multi-channel, blended training programmes she designs and delivers for the business, which always consider individual learning styles and preferences. Never one to stand still, Leah is committed to giving our teams the edge in delivering the very best client and candidate service at all times by being proactive about changes in our specialist markets and ensuring our L&D offering keeps pace.
Leah is a Founding Member of ASCEND, our internal programme for females within the business, a Group Inclusion Advocate, and chairs the Manchester D&I Committee. Leah has also hosted external L&D experts on our Progressing Lives Everywhere podcast, reflecting her passion for sharing learning and insights into effective coaching and development.
