Amoria Bond Finalist in Singapore Awards

Despite being a relative newcomer to the region we are very pleased that we have been announced finalists in the Global Recruiter Magazine Asia Pacific Awards within the 'Best in-house Training' category.

The category looks for those organisations that "provide unparalleled training and development for consultants" and we are proud that our training program is considered to be one of the best.

Our mission includes becoming the "Best Place for Recruiters to Practice the Recruitment Profession". Staff development is crucial to achieving this and is something that we invest considerably in.

Training & Development is currently the No1 reason that people join us. Our program includes external accreditation from organisations like the Chartered Management Institute, one2one personal coaching and mentoring and support with a specific element designed to guide new recruits through their first 18 months.

We are looking forward to the awards ceremony in September and would like to wish all other finalists good luck.
