What better way to start the day than meeting with colleagues from across the world to celebrate successes, share best practice, and discuss insights, tips and techniques to boost your mutual wellbeing?!
Well that’s exactly what female colleagues from across Amoria Bond Group’s international offices did this week, and it was fantastic to hear so many inspiring personal and professional progression updates. So far this year, almost half of our new hires into Amoria Bond have been women, and likewise internal promotions, including the appointment of another female to the Board with Natasha Crump who joined as Group ESG Director in March.
Attracting, retaining and progressing more women within our business is one of the primary objectives our ASCEND co-founders Natasha, Leah Brown and Amy Steel set out to achieve when we launched the programme; and just 9 months on it is fantastic to see the progress we’ve made. Already well ahead of industry averages, Amoria Bond are proud to be leading the recruitment industry, as one of the monitory of staffing and recruitment consultancies with initiatives specifically aimed at supporting our female employees. We are also proactive in supporting our clients and candidates to accelerate their own gender diversity ambitions.
